How do the three home series differ?
Garden Series plans are 1,350 or 1,380 sq. ft. Carriage Series plans range from 1,700 to 1,920 sq. ft. Classic Series plans range from 1,750 to 1,975 sq. ft. The linked drawings show their different garage, living-area and outdoor-space arrangements.
What is included in the advertised floor area?
