How these guides are made.
We use AI-assisted research, source comparison and drafting. Automated checks also help identify expired prices, broken pages and missing qualifications. A separate source check is part of the publishing workflow. These checks are not a claim that a human has visited, personally inspected or endorsed every project, school or campus.
We identify firsthand experience or named personal review only where it has actually been documented. New AI-assisted guides and substantial factual rewrites are held for documented human editorial review before publication. The existing library still needs this documented human review; a source-check date alone is not evidence that it is complete.
What a source-check date means.
It records when the linked source was opened and checked. It is not the date of a site visit, a builder conversation, a page rewrite or a guarantee that a home remains available. We keep historical academic results labelled with their original reporting period.
Builder pages establish advertised project facts. Municipal pages provide local context. Schools, boards and institutions establish their own addresses, programmes and admissions information. Competitor listings and marketing emails can suggest research leads; they are not substitutes for those sources.
Prices, plans and offers.
Starting prices retain the builder’s tax, rebate and eligibility qualifications. A floor plan describes a model; it does not identify an available lot. Specific advertised homes are shown separately. Prices, inventory and incentives stop appearing when their source-based freshness period ends, which is at most seven days. Dated offers end at the confirmed deadline.
General project information expires after thirty days without a new source check. Missing pricing means we do not have a current qualified price to display. Request confirmation of the particular home, total cost, deposit terms and availability before making a decision.
School and campus guides.
Academic lists explain their source, year, coverage and ties. They are one comparison tool, not a judgement of a school’s overall quality or its suitability for your child. Private-school and post-secondary directories are options to research, not academic rankings.
Linked new-home projects are in the stated municipality. This does not establish a school boundary, admission eligibility, proximity or travel time. Confirm the exact home address and programme with the school board or institution. Photos retain their provenance and required attribution; archival photos may not show current conditions.
Commercial purpose and independence.
This is a real estate information and enquiry website. A listing, school link or builder logo does not imply that a builder or school endorses Offplan Canada. Before proceeding with a property, discuss representation, any compensation arrangements and the scope of advice with Ammar. An enquiry does not itself establish a representation agreement.
Report something that needs correcting.
Email ammar@begbrothers.com with the page address, the detail in question and an official source if you have one. Please omit student information, identity documents and other sensitive personal details.
We compare corrections with the source, amend or remove unsupported claims, and preserve the original dates of historical information. We do not change dates merely to make a page look newer.
